Auction it Now Auto provides an online marketplace connecting vehicle buyers and sellers through our auction platform. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to any sale between users except as expressly provided in these terms.

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Refund and Return Policy

Vehicle Purchases

All vehicle sales through our platform are final once the auction has ended. Auction it Now acts solely as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and does not offer returns or refunds for vehicles purchased through the platform.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle and conducting all necessary checks before placing a bid. By bidding, buyers acknowledge and accept the vehicle's condition as described by the seller.

We strongly encourage all buyers to:

• Thoroughly review all vehicle information and documentation
• Attend vehicle inspections when available
• Request additional information from sellers before bidding
• Consider arranging independent inspections for high-value purchases

All vehicle sales through Auction it Now are final once the auction ends. Auction it Now acts solely as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers and does not offer returns or refunds for any vehicle purchased through the platform.

Platform Fees

Listing fees are non-refundable once a listing has been published. If a listing is rejected during our review process, the listing fee will be refunded to the seller's account.

Final value fees are non-refundable except in cases where:

• The winning bidder fails to complete the purchase.
• Auction it Now determines that the transaction cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond the seller's control.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a buyer and seller, Auction it Now may, at its discretion, act as a mediator to help resolve the issue. However, we are not obligated to intervene in disputes and reserve the right to make final decisions regarding refunds or other remedies.

Fee Details

Listing Fees

Listing Fees

Listing fees are charged when you create a vehicle listing and are non-refundable once your listing is published. The buyer does not pay for the vehicle through Auction it Now. Buyers only pay Auction it Now’s fees. Sellers get paid directly at pickup of vehicle. The fee varies depending on the listing type:

• Standard Listing: $0.5 - Your vehicle is listed without a reserve price
• Reserve Listing: $0.25 - Your vehicle is listed with a minimum price that must be met

Timed Auction Fee

For an additional $0.05, you can set a specific end time for your auction. This can be beneficial for maximizing visibility during peak bidding times.

Final Value Fee

When your vehicle sells, a final value fee of 0.001% of the selling price is charged.

Example: If your vehicle sells for $2000, the final value fee would be $0.02.

Credit Card Processing Fee

A 0.01% fee applies to all credit card transactions. This fee only applies to Auction it Now’s service fees, not the vehicle price.

How to Bid

Bidding Rules

• Binding Bids: All bids are legally binding offers to purchase the vehicle at the bid price.
• Bid Increments: Bids increase in predetermined increments based on the current bid amount.
• Reserve Price: Some auctions have a reserve price that must be met for the sale to be completed.
• Sniping Protection: If a bid is placed in the final minutes of an auction, the end time may be extended automatically.
• Bid Retraction: Bids cannot be retracted except in extraordinary circumstances and at Auction it Now's discretion.

After Winning

If you win an auction, you must:

• Complete pickup and payment within 48 hours of auction end unless other arrangements have been made with the seller
• Complete all necessary transfer paperwork

Failure to complete a purchase may result in account suspension and additional fees.
